I grew up in a German-Russian ethnic German family – in simple and modest circumstances. I had to retaught myself the German language as a child. Even then, I learned what it means to persevere, set new goals, and move forward with discipline.

At 18, I joined the German Armed Forces – there I not only learned discipline and obedience, but also understood the value of responsibility, structure, and perseverance. Qualities that have stayed with me to this day – and which I bring to my daily work.

My career then led me into the construction industry, where I developed a deep understanding of construction processes, renovations, and the structural integrity of real estate. I then gained important experience in sales, consulting, and customer trust in the automotive sector.

Today, I bring all of this to my work as a real estate agent – ​​complemented by my own entrepreneurial practice:

I have been actively investing in real estate for several years, developing properties with a focus on value retention, quality of life, and returns, renovating, leasing, and managing even complex projects with foresight. I know the opportunities and challenges of the market not only from theory, but from my own experience – day in, day out.

My goal:
I want my clients to not just buy or sell a property – but to make a sustainable, wise decision that fits their lives and creates real added value.
